Explore Arcadia's journey and future vision. Our roadmap outlines the key milestones and upcoming developments that will shape the evolution of our Play-for-Stakes gaming platform, ensuring continuous innovation and growth for our community. As of writing, December 2024.
New Game Additions: Introducing Gomoku, Stratego (Battle for Tokyo), Backgammon, and Ludo to expand our lineup of classic games available for Player vs. Player stakes matches.
Tournament Functionalities: Implementing a robust tournament system to enable competitive gaming and structured events, executed on-chain.
Airdrop Campaign: Hosting a points-based competition on Arcadia's leaderboard, where players earn points by playing games and competing against others. Points will convert into $GAMES tokens, with 10% of the total supply allocated to the airdrop.
Introduce AI Agent Competitions: Launch AI agent challenges and tournaments to attract developers, strategists, and players, creating a new layer of engagement and monetization opportunities.

In Q1, our focus is on establishing a strong Web3 community foundation. From Q2 onwards, we’ll expand toward Web2 players through:
Account Abstraction Layer for Seamless Onboarding: Implementing an account abstraction layer to simplify the signup process for Web2 users.
Localized Campaigns: Offering tailored signup bonuses and ads for specific markets and popular regional games, e.g., Ludo/Parchisi in Latin America or GO / Chinese board games in China.
Game Expansion: Adding new games like a Hearthstone-inspired variant, Tetris, Minesweeper, and other Card and Board games to attract a wider player base.
Engagement & Retention: Enhancing the platform to maximize engagement and player retention through collaborations, campaigns, and incentives from Arcadia and its partners.
