The following terms and conditions govern participation in the **$GAMES Airdrop Campaign** (the "Campaign"). By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Arcadia reserves the right to disqualify any participant for violations, unfair practices, or exploitative behavior as outlined below. *** **1. Campaign Overview** 1.1. The Campaign runs from **January 31st, 2025** to **February 21st, 2025**.\ 1.2. Participants earn points by playing eligible games on the Arcadia platform and competing in leaderboards for their share of **50M $GAMES tokens** (equivalent to **$500,000**).\ 1.3. Participants must verify their **0x wallet** with their **Twitter (X) account** to be eligible for leaderboard rewards. *** **2. Eligibility** 2.1. Participation is open to anyone with a verified account on the Arcadia platform.\ 2.2. Players must connect a valid blockchain wallet and ensure it complies with Arcadia’s security and verification requirements.\ 2.3. Participants must abide by the rules of fair play and ensure that all gameplay is conducted honestly and without the use of unauthorized tools or automation. *** **3. Scoring System and Rewards** 3.1. Points are awarded as follows: * **1 Point** per game played. * **3 Points** per game won. * Additional points based on wagered amounts, capped at **$10 per game** for maximum points. 3.2. Game-specific leaderboards will provide multipliers to top players in each game, and random multipliers will be announced during the campaign to add bonus opportunities. 3.3. Final rewards in the form of $GAMES tokens will be allocated based on leaderboard standings at the end of the campaign. *** **4. Fair Play and Exploit Prevention** 4.1. Participants must not engage in any of the following exploitative or prohibited activities: * **Bot Usage**: Employing bots or automated systems to play games or artificially inflate scores. * **Match Fixing**: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, such as intentional forfeits or repeated wins against the same account. * **Multi-Account Abuse**: Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. * **Wager Abuse**: Deliberately cycling wagers between accounts to inflate point totals without genuine gameplay. * **Scripted or Automated Actions**: Using scripts, macros, or other automated tools to perform in-game actions. 4.2. Arcadia reserves the right to monitor all gameplay data for signs of exploitative behavior. This includes but is not limited to: * Anomalies in gameplay patterns or point accumulation. * Unusual activity between specific accounts (e.g., repeated matches). * Time-based irregularities (e.g., gameplay at non-human speeds). 4.3. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be subject to review and may be temporarily or permanently suspended during the investigation period. *** **5. Disqualification Policy** 5.1. Arcadia reserves the right to disqualify participants found in violation of these terms, including but not limited to: * Removal from the leaderboard. * Forfeiture of all points and rewards. 5.2. Disqualifications will be finalized toward the end of the campaign period, following comprehensive reviews of all gameplay data. *** **6. Participant Responsibilities** 6.1. Ensure that your connected blockchain wallet and account remain secure and uncompromised throughout the campaign.\ 6.2. Use only the official Arcadia platform to participate in games and the leaderboard.\ 6.3. Report any suspicious activity or potential exploits to Arcadia support for investigation. *** **7. Arcadia’s Rights and Obligations** 7.1. Arcadia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, particularly in the event of unforeseen technical issues or widespread exploitation.\ 7.2. Arcadia will ensure transparent monitoring and resolution processes for flagged accounts, but final decisions on disqualifications and rewards rest solely with the Arcadia team. *** **8. Token Distribution** 8.1. $GAMES tokens earned through the Campaign will be distributed after the Token Generation Event (TGE), subject to verification of participant eligibility and adherence to these terms.\ 8.2. Distribution timelines and methods will be announced on the Arcadia platform following the conclusion of the Campaign. *** **9. Dispute Resolution** 9.1. In case of disputes or disagreements regarding leaderboard rankings, scoring, or disqualifications, participants must submit a formal query to Arcadia support.\ 9.2. Arcadia's decisions on disputes are final and binding. *** **10. General Terms** 10.1. Arcadia is not responsible for any technical difficulties, network failures, or errors that may impact gameplay or leaderboard standings.\ 10.2. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations related to rewards earned during the Campaign.\ 10.3. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any updates or amendments published by Arcadia. *** **11. Enforcement of Fair Play** Arcadia takes fair play seriously and will leverage both manual reviews and automated monitoring systems to ensure a level playing field for all participants. Any exploitative behavior, as determined by Arcadia, will result in disqualification without prior warning.
