Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MagnusOpus. By participating in our progressive prize pool challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

MagnusOpus is an interactive chess AI challenge where participants compete to checkmate the AI-powered chess agent, MagnusOpus, in order to claim the progressive jackpot. These terms and conditions govern the eligibility, participation, and prize claims for the challenge.

2. Prize Eligibility

  • The progressive jackpot can only be claimed if and only if MagnusOpus is checkmated.

  • Any other exploit, loophole, or unintended method of defeating MagnusOpus will not count as a win and will not be eligible for the jackpot.

  • The system automatically verifies wins based on a valid checkmate. Wins that are not recognized by the system due to an exploit will not be considered valid. Payout of jackpot is done manually after verification.

3. Fair Play & Use of Tools

  • Participants are free to use any chess engines, analysis tools, or other external resources to assist them in the challenge.

  • Only a legitimate checkmate will result in a prize claim. Simply forcing a resignation, crashing the AI, or using unintended software exploits does not qualify.

  • Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with MagnusOpus outside of normal gameplay will result in an immediate forfeit from participation and forfeiture of any claims.

  • Doing so can lead to an auto-boot as our system recognizes any malicious attempt.

4. Prize Claim Process

  • Upon successfully checkmating MagnusOpus, the system will automatically register the win and notify the winner.

  • Payout of jackpot is done manually after verification tot the winner 0x address.

5. Game Integrity

  • MagnusOpus operates with autonomous AI logic and fair play detection systems.

  • In case of disputes, all decisions made by MagnusOpus developers are final.

  • We reserve the right to modify MagnusOpus’s behavior or adjust at any time to maintain a balanced competition.

6. Amendments & Modifications

  • We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of major changes.

  • Continued participation in MagnusOpus after changes means you accept the updated terms.
