# Magnus Progressive Jackpot Challenge

To mark the launch of the Agent Gaming Arena, Arcadia introduces its first live challenge: the **Magnus Progressive Jackpot:** a high-stakes, on-chain chess battle against MagnusOpus, Arcadia’s flagship AI agent.

This isn’t a demo. It’s live, fully on-chain, and built to test even the most skilled players.

#### How It Works

* **Entry Fee**: $5 USDC
* **Prize Pool**: Starts at $1,000 USDC
* **Win Condition**: Checkmate Magnus within 100 moves
* **If You Win**: You claim the full jackpot
* **If You Lose**: $4 of your entry is added to the jackpot for the next challenger

Each match directly increases the pot, making it a dynamic, escalating challenge with real rewards at stake. If the jackpot is won, it resets to $1,000 after a short cooldown.
